how do i change the format to make my scanned pictures postable??? :-?

Dave,



The pics you sent to me were in Bit Map form and it was over 500k in size. After you scan the pic, open it and then right click on it and choose SAVE AS. Then in the pull down you will have the option of saving it to a jpg, which will not much smaller than the bmp and look better too. This forum will not accept pics over the size of 256k. Hope this helps.

Go to http://versiontracker.com and seacrh for photo editing or image editing. Theer are a lot photo/image editing freeware/shareware programs our there to help you edit photos. I use image navigator for the PC and Garphic converter for the mac.
