Civil War 11 inch Naval cannonballs

I've recently purchased two 11 inch Navy cannonballs. Below the fuse thread on one has an O over E, the other X over A. Would anyone know who the maker was and what might these be worth. They are inert, unissued and non dug cond. They weigh, I'd assume, well over 100# ea. Thanks
