Help w/ button ID
I found a button in an area around Bean Station TN where the battle of Beans Station was fought last week and have never seen one.
The button is a cuff button w/ Scovill MFG CO back mark. The front has an eagle w/ raised wings but no leaves or arrows in the feet. The button is gold gilted w lines. above the eagle the letters R.H.S. appear. I assume it is some sort of military school button but I am not sure.
Any ideas?
