Hey Y'all, this is my first post on this forum though I am an ardent member on a couple other forums. Anyways, here's some lead finds I made this weekend:

Dug these at a civil war site that I have. Not sure if the 2 Ringer .69 is a Musketoon or a certain type of Northern Manufactured .69

Thanks for looking

I was wondering if you ever got an ID on your 2-ringer yet. I found one VERY similar to yours yesterday, and can't find it in the bullet book. If you find out what it is, please update your post. Here are some pics of mine. Thanks

The 3 ringer is a french designed triangle base used in the civil war and imported from France. The two ringer was a three ringer once. You can see from the base that it has been carved and lost the last ring on the bullet. There are similar 2 ringers called Musketoons.

Hope this helps.
