I found this at a site that I believe to be a Union Cavarly Camp. I think it may be some type of wrench (1/2 inch). Wondering if it may have a use, it having the noch on the end.
It has the basic shape of a Bonney Wrench. A popular wrench for tractors, farm implements, and aviation. Not saying that's what it is, but it may be a good place to start. Good luck.
