Helllo All, Im new here.I recently got (with permission) on a farm nearby a CW site. It was a GREAT day for me.After scouring the open fields a couple hours... and getting lots of iron sigs.I looked to the woodline and told my buddy... thats where we need to be! He went to pickup wife to hunt with us and I kept huntin.Third sig in i dug a pistol ball and thought HOLY SMOKES this is going to be AWESOME.After diggin ALOT of button sigs/shotgun shells.I was walkin and looked to my left and saw an OLD tree or half of it anyway.It was huge in girth and there was a HUGE stone seat kinda lookin thing protruding from the base of that tree.I thought HHHMM ? This would be a good spot to sit a spell
fter all the tremendously mind wrecking goins ons. One or two might take a squat on that rock to rest or hide. Maybe sit a spell and take off boots...rub feet and disuss the day. I dunno...but...when I rolled up there i got an IMMEDIATE sig button/buckle. I dug that hole and retrieved a NICE dropped three ringer. I thought to myself WOW!.I rescanned the hole and got another sig. I dug and retrieved another three ringer. I kept on and five feet away got another good signal. Dug another three ringer.At this point I thought I was onto something.I parked my gear and RAN down to my two friends and said you gotta come check this area out.We all headed up there and there was no other CW be found.I ended the day with one pistol ball and three;three ringers.On the ride home I was tellin my buddy how KICK A$$ it would be if one of them was a Wshington Arsenal Star Bullet.We get home and start cleaning.I could HARDLY stand the suspense. My friend cleaned one and said " YEP", Washington Arsenal. Next one "YEP". and the last one... "YEP" TRIFECTA BABY!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt believe it MAN! It was a great day. THANK YOU buddy!!! You know who and where we were.
