Looks like a fired Lubed Groove Enfield to me. .58 caliber
I can't be sure, but, is there knurling in the grooves?
What would really help is some dimensions- diameter, most of all, but also weight, and length.
You can get inexpensive plastic calipers at reloading supply places, or places like Harbor Freight, that will let you easily measure diameter in decimal fractions of inches, which is what you want. Diameter and length will be a huge help in identifying bullets.
