These are my new Enfields. They appear to be a .60 cal, two .557 and a .54, as near as my micrometer can determine. Would these be correct? Is there anything significant about the .60 and the .54? The .60 has a huge cavity (I think the .54 would fit into it if it were round) and outrageously deep, as well as seeming to have a "3" in it. I was told that the .54 was also called a "Greene", although it is not the solid bottom of a Greene Carbine as it has a cavity. Is this information correct? Thanks for your help. I am just tickled to death to have found these. It appears that the .54 is dropped.

The .60 may have been fired. The .54 would be for the .54 M1841 Mississippi Rifle or the .54/.55 Austrian M1854 Lorenz.
