Russian lead shirt shell M/1867(?) "SHAROCHA"

Hello,

here are some pics of an rare russian shell . The core is cast iron with an thick layer of lead.This lead shirt drives the shell through the bore-
see engravins of lands in the lead.
Have no closer informations- even the work of the fuse is not clear.
Have two -one is more rounded ?!! Its for an backloading gun.

The third is an russian 12 pdr Shrapnel with Borman fuse.

Real good pics. I've never seen anything quite like them. The "Lead
Shirt" must be a timed fuse of some kind. A percussion fuse would seem more likely but, I see no reason for it to land on the fuse when thrown.

I really enjoy seeing the different items from the same time frame!
