Please take the time to test our new auction script. I will be trying it out over the weekend for hopefully an official launch on monday. Post some fake auctions please and send me any errors you find. I have had a select few post some last week to test them out.

It is located at: http://cwbullet.com/cgi/auction/main.cgi

Chuck,

I signed up for the Auction and posted a bullet for sale. The script was easy to follow and I had no problem adding a picture. Looks good to me, but it'll look even better when I actually SELL somethign!

Do I have to register again (on the auction site of course) to use the auction? It seems so but not stated anywhere. Please advise

Bill

I'll answer for Chuck. Yes, you have to register on the Auction site in order to use the Auction.

Auction is up for the testing.

Please post your items up for bit. I have a surprice for our members. There is a .54 Caliber Gardiner up for bid. I had to give up a free email address in order to get the owner to part with it. I hope one of us wins it. I did bid on it, but please be my quest and bid away. That includes you Bill.

Chuck

Bid high or stay home.

It is already our of my league. Maybe I can ask my wife to bid higher. I already know the answer I'd get......heck no.\\

Chuck

Hey Chuck,

Thanks for the heads up on the 0.54 gardiner. Is there any concern with the bullet being non-dug? Have there been fakes of this type developed? I would take it in a heartbeat but for that money I have serious heartburn for being uneducated on that bullet.

What have you seen?

Bill

.54 caliber gardiner

I have seen this bullet and will speak for it. I know the seller and gave him an email address in return for the bullet being placed on our auction. He had a cartridge that was handed down in a family. Due to an accident, the cartridge was broken and the bullet is a result.

Hey Chuck,

You may want to reword your "Buy it Now" option. Ebay has pursued prosecution of other online auctions for stealing that name and potentially the script. Read it on MSN.com one day. I like the option and wish it to stay but you may need to rename it.

How about "Gotta Have It Now"?

Bill

Rename

I did not name that. That came with the software. I will see if I can accomplish that. Thats for the addvice.
