Default Bullet: Date please?

Hello,

some weeks ago I found this deformed bullet in southern Germany. The measurements are given in the picture.

Is it possible to put a date to it? I guess it could be from the 1860-1880 period.

The bullet was once part of a cartridge. On the left picture the many small vertical lines indicate where the bullet stuck in the cartridge mouth. So it comes from a breech loaded weapon. On the other hand the form, the base cavity and the absence of a copper jacket indicates a 19. century origin. So much my 2 cents worth of thoughts, can the experts in this forum confirm or correct this?

Greetings,
Thorsten
