Default cool normandy finds

A friend of mine was hunting an area in Normandy back int he fall. One weekend they found a German Panzershreck- the next weekend they found an American Bazooka, not very far apart. These are pretty rare finds and it totally blew their minds for such things one weeks apart, and about 100 yards apart.

of course none of this can hold a candle to the find of two (TWO!) Sherman DD tanks that were bulldozed into a pit behind Omaha beach just after the invasion. With luck, one 'may' end up in the new National Army museum at Ft Belvoir.
