Resaca,Ga finds from 3-2-08

I went out for awhile yesterday morning,was fairly chilly early on,but warmed nicely. Been battleing a stomah virus for a couple days,but just had to go dig awhile. I sure am glad I did now,because I wouldn't have found this neat conversation piece. It as a round ball with a brass wedding band around it. I also found some melted lead and 2 shot 3 ringers. Thanks for looking.

Very nice find and i hope the ring wasn't on the finger
of some pour soldier boy and got shot off.

Neat... I had a relative who fought at Resaca. I would love to get down there someday.
