Default 1839 Pattern Company Officer Plate

Can anyone assist with this item. It is an 1839 Pattern Company Officer Plate. The letters and wreath are die struck and not soldered on. I believe it to be an Ames knock off, maybe even Bannerman's but don't believe it to be a reproduction. The rear is lacquered as the Ames plate.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
