Hello, I'm new to metal detecting and wondering if you could give my buddy and I some advice on some areas to hunt. I live in Dandridge and he lives in Newport. We've done some searching around the farm at his grandparents, but we've just found trash. We've been doing research on some local battles, but we can't narrow down where the battles occured and where campsites were. If you wouldn't mind helping us we'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Where have I Been?????

Hi Frank! Long time friend since we chatted. Well, I have all those books read so I will get them back to you. Also my wife accidentally totaled our truck so for almost a month we had no vehicle of any kind. Thank god she was OK with just deep bruises from the seat belt. We bought a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix Pace car # 352 0f 1500. What a neat car. Supercharged, heads up display while you drive, leather interior, slotted rotors, heavy duty 4 inch true dual exhaust, every possible option out at the time. It seems like this car was a test bed for all these fancy gadgets. We drive the car as one should; however, this car is in the top two fastest cars I ever drove. The fastest being a Viper that I drove for a whole 5 minutes!!! It will plant you in the leather!!!!! We gotta beat the heat at least a few more times, call you Scotty
