The 2 bullets in the right hand picture may not be Civil War era. The right hand bullet appears similar to a 38 wadcutter. If so, it will have a diameter of about .358 inches. Or, 9 millimeters or slightly larger.
Again in the right hand picture, the bullet on the left, that has a round nose profile, may be from a 22 rimfire, or a small caliber handgun. A 22 rimfire will have a diameter of about .222 inches.
If my guesses are correct, they are both post Civil War, probably 20th century.
