Button?

Here is a button found by a visitor to the site who asked me to ID it. I have never seen it before. I made a once over Albert's Book, but have not found it yet.



Any ideas?

It looks like a Brittish button I have seen before. I will try to check into it and see if I can find out where I saw the original.
