Can anyone match this Ramrod Tip to a weapon?

The tip is .75 long and has a diameter of .50 at the trumpet end. Makes an impression of about .36 on modeling clay. It is made of brass and fits to a .69 Caliber Round ball but which one ? Thanks for any help?

It resembles an Enfield Volunteer rifle ramrod tip. I had one and shot a lot-but it was an .45 Cal. gun.May be they used bigger caliber, too.
It must be brass with an thread to fasten at the steel ramrod-.
Just an idea- may be you shouldt frisk the net for Enfields ??!

Rammer tip

Nemo,

It could also be from a Whitney Enfield. I have a 2 band version and the rammer tip is almost identical except mine does not have the knurled grooves around the circumference. Same .36 wide depression in the end.
