D handle knife on Ebay?

I saw This D guard knife on Ebay. It looks to me like one of those cheap Indian made replicas that has been aged. What do you guys think? The auction closed and it sold for $177.50. If it is fake should I email the winning bidder and tell him. The seller has other fake items up for bid on Ebay (buckles with a bullet in them). The auction number was 6544129613 I have posted pictures of the knife with pictures of a the replica. Everything on them appears to be the same. The seller even says you can see a "faint C.S. " on the blade.
