Dug two Relics today, need some help.

I dug these two relics today near Chancellorsville, Va. and I know one is a boot heel plate possibly CSA Cavalry (according to the local collector) but I have been unable to find this design anywhere in my research.

I also have what appears to be a nice piece of Jewelry or something? They are both brass pieces they have a green patina to both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
