These items where recovered from a farm a couple of miles from the center of Dandridge,Tn,. This paticular area was from the first day's fighting on Jan. 16,1864. As you can see there is an assortment of iron relics from Cannon ball fragments, shell fragments, gun hammers, an eagle that came out of the ground at about 8 inches, and other misc. items.http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii75 ... ure200.jpg
 
Thanks Raymond! It was very hot the couple of day's I hit this field. Im sure this area will produce more over the months, and the surounding fields. Good hunting to all!
