What topics would you add?

how would you change the organization?

I like it the way it is

I think it's "general" enough to include most things without adding all the individual catagories. I think if you were to add anything extra it should be a BUTTON forum. That would be nice.

Chuck, First off I can't or (don't remember how) to send a Private message :D (Help and refresh this old mind)! A button section would be nice, but as stated above would be covered under "General Topics" and/or "Discussion". But while your in the mood; What about coins that pre-date 1865 and/or any Older/Unknown coin? I don't know if your willing to cover these fields? Maybe add a Button Section. I've also asked Dan Binder for help on a few Backmarks and Buttons. He is VERY NICE IN ALL RESPECTS!!!!! He is a GREAT PERSON and Will Help Identify Any Button or Recommend Someone with Better Knowledge).

Too much!!!!!!

Well, at the risk of pissing everyone off.... But Chuck asked for opinions.

I think there is way too much crap in this site. I know that Chuck likes fiddling with these web pages, but even I try to keep my hobbies separate. This is the Civil War BULLET forum! If you want IDs on relics go to TreasureNet.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't have the time or interest to go in and out of all the different categories. I don't even think bullets and cartridges should be separated. What is wrong with one big bb like TreasureNet?

Chuck, you can't do it all, and you shouldn't try. Let's just stick to bullets!

Okay, my back is bare and I'm waiting for the first lash....

No lashes.....

Just thought you were a little strong. I personally like being a part of this board and it's ability to help with many ID's. It is helpful since many of you older gentlemen have dug so many relics in you quest fot CW Bullets - you can answer many of the general relic questions also.

This site IS called the CW BULLET - maybe you have gotten a little off the original track. I, for one, like that though. I am also willing to help out with whatever you need done. I believe, without a doubt, that CW bullets are still very much the main focus of this page. Of course, this is only my opinion.

No, all opinions are respected.

Well, then tell me: do you prefer 1 forum for bullets and cartridges or 2 separate areas. Do you prefer general discussions and identification being separate?

Dispite Jim's crass Yankee language :) I agree with him. Northerners aren't all bad...they just tawk funny, don't eat enought fried food, and don't put enough bacon grease in their vegetables! Their rhubarb and strawberry pie is good, though.

Every time I log onto the Forum I'm looking for 'bullet' stuff. Everything else comes second. Love seeing what others are digging or otherwise acquiring, but BULLETS are the main thing. Keeping bullets and cartridges as two seperate catagories is fine with me, but I'm much prefer to leave all the other items in the 'other relics' catagory.

So THAR!

Eating habits

Gary,

It might not be fried, but my favorite lunch spot in Gettysburg is called "The Dog House." That should count for somthin' [southern spelling].

Jim,

Bless your heart. You could have gotten on to me about the pie. Some of you's guys might have condemed me for adding strawberrys to the rhuburb pie, but I'm not a purist in that matter! Please try those grits and turnip greens. Treat grits as you would mashed potatos...add butter and gravy. Lots of pepper is good too.

Since most of you are telling it like it is, then I'll tell you the way I really feel. This was established as a CW Bullet Forum (exactly when I don't know). Then some other areas were added. Chuck is willing to broaden his coverage (maybe to get other users?). I dig more bullets than any other item but I don't discard the other items just because I like bullets (does anyone else.....I don't think so). I'm a new member for this second go around and may not be eligible to cast my oponion? I dig CW items and like sharing my finds with others and like others to share their finds with me. The Forum is kinda like the TV.....you usually have a station (listing) that you prefer, but you get bored with that and check out some other station. I don't go into every listing, but i click about from time to time.

I'll finish with a :up to Chuck with his FINAL DECISION as it is his Web!

Bullet discussion vs. Identification

Do you feel thay should be separate categories? I can combine the two. I can also combine bullets and cartridges. It would not make much of a difference. I am not a napoleonic type. I take criticisim well.
