The websites would be linked to our main site to deliver trafic to your site. I have a piece of store software thta I am insalling for our site that i can port to others. The site would be a limited site - 3-5 pages. I might even give you ftp ability (through a control panel) and 2-10 mb of webspace. I can help with web design if you are unable to do it yourself.
Of course i would appreciate a link back to our site, but that is not required. I would also allow limited php or cgi scripting.
