Hello everyone , I hope someone can help me date this button because I'm not sure if it is CW or later. Back mark is as follows: dot HORSTMANN BROS & CO dot PHIL .It measures about 22 mm in dia. Any help on this would be appreciated. Also, is that a snuff spoon, I wasn't sure. Keep on diggin.
