Need help with this bullet?

Any ideas on this bullet? Just dug it today. Its got a hole in the bottom sort of like a sharps and it is sort of shaped like one of those teardrop pistol bullets. I believe its dropped.

Looks to me like it is a Starr Carbine bullet.
