Hi everyone, I also found these small globs of lead at the same skirmish site in TN. Are these bullets or just molten fragments of lead?

Michael, I think you guessed their ID correctly ...melted lead driblets.
That being said, let me also mention that you are doing the right thing -- asking more-experienced relic-diggers and collectors about your finds, instead of just tossing your unknown objects into the trash or a junk-box. Please never feel embarrassed about doing that.
